What is Never Have I Ever?
The concept is stupidly simple, which is exactly why it works. Someone reads a statement that starts with "Never have I ever..." — for example, "Never have I ever forgotten where I parked". Rules: how to play Never Have I Ever

- Everyone who has done it admits it — classically by taking a sip of their drink (one sip is plenty).

- The next person reads the next statement, and you go around the circle.

Tips to make it even better
Start tame and escalate slowly — the contrast makes the spicy statements land twice as hard. Add the story rule: anyone who owns up to a juicy one has to tell the short version of what happened. And if you're playing without drinks, try the ten-finger version: everyone starts with ten fingers up, drops one per confession, and whoever runs out first has officially lived the most.
